My name is Sara and my husband I run Actichem Ltd - Professional Catering Equipment and Cleaning Chemical Solutions
We started our company Actichem Ltd due to a double whammy of credit crunch and redundancy.
Phil has succesfully launched 2 chemical brands into the Hospitality and Catering Industry for different large corporate manufacturers. With 15 years experience learning the trade from the ground up he uses his extensive knowledge to help chefs, caterers, publicans and restauranters save time and money throughout the cleaning process. Our brand of Active Chemicals has been sucessfully rolled out nationwide and is used by a wide range of end users looking for a professional, personal service and sparkling results. Our chemicals are manufactured in the UK and we liaise intensively with our factory and their R and D department to ensure our products are hard working but affordable in these tough times.
As a dedicated 'foodie' I dedicate myself to sourcing some of the best catering products on the market. As a busy wife and mum I choose our items for style and functionality. Alongside dealing with all the marketing and day to day running of the business, she is getting to grips with social media and all that that entails.
I am new to blogging but am hoping to share product information and tips, and a general diary of the ups and downs of juggling being a working mumpreneur.

- I am a busy working mum of 2 boys aged 6 and 3yrs. My husband and I run Actichem Ltd, providing our own brand of Commercial Cleaning Chemicals and a large range of Professional Catering Equipment. The company is due to celebrate its first birthday in August and after a fabulous first year we are really excited about the future. My passions are my family, my pets, horses, cooking and connecting with like minded mumpreneurs - they truly are an inspirational bunch!
